在(zai)電廠的(de)(de)燃(ran)煤鍋爐(lu)系統中(zhong),粉煤灰(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)排(pai)放可分(fen)為干(gan)排(pai)和濕(shi)排(pai)兩種。目前,在(zai)水(shui)泥工業發達(da)地區,干(gan)粉煤灰(hui)(hui)作為水(shui)泥生(sheng)產的(de)(de)混合材料,行(xing)情(qing)較好,躍升為一種供不(bu)(bu)應求的(de)(de)資源;濕(shi)粉煤灰(hui)(hui)各項(xiang)物(wu)化性能(neng)(neng)與干(gan)粉煤灰(hui)(hui)基本(ben)一樣,只是由于水(shui)份含量大( 可達(da)45%),不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)滿足水(shui)泥生(sheng)產的(de)(de)要(yao)求,因而(er)不(bu)(bu)受市場(chang)的(de)(de)青睞,只能(neng)(neng)堆放于濕(shi)灰(hui)(hui)灰(hui)(hui)庫中(zhong),愈積愈多,嚴(yan)重污染環境。隨著(zhu)國家產業政策的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷優化,環保法(fa)規的(de)(de)日(ri)趨(qu)完善,濕(shi)粉煤灰(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)處理方案已被提上議事日(ri)程。只有提高粉煤灰(hui)(hui)綜合利用(yong)價值將濕(shi)粉煤灰(hui)(hui)以(yi)合理的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)耗、簡潔的(de)(de)工藝進行(xing)烘(hong)干(gan),使其水(shui)份低于5%,才能(neng)(neng)變廢為寶,實現社會效(xiao)益與經濟(ji)效(xiao)益的(de)(de)雙豐收。
工作原理

)(re)后(hou)溫(wen)度(du)升高,當溫(wen)度(du)升高到(dao)(dao)水份蒸(zheng)發的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)時(shi),水蒸(zheng)汽從物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)分離出來(lai),隨煙塵經除塵器(qi)后(hou)排入(ru)(ru)大(da)氣(qi)中(zhong),從而達(da)到(dao)(dao)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
技(ji)術優勢
1、干燥效率高
干燥(zao)過(guo)程中,粉煤灰呈懸浮狀(zhuang)態,熱交(jiao)換(huan)比表面(mian)積大為增加,同時其給熱系統也(ye)提高,因此干燥(zao)效率顯著提高。
2、干燥時間短
在氣流干燥(zao)器(qi)中,熱空(kong)氣與濕物料接觸時間短(duan),一般為(wei)(wei)0.5-2S, 為(wei)(wei)10S,因此(ci)可采(cai)用較高的干燥(zao)溫度(du)。
3、不會過渡干燥
由于(yu)被干燥物(wu)料呈單顆粒(li)狀態分(fen)(fen)散于(yu)熱(re)氣流中進行瞬時(shi)干燥的方法,故(gu)水分(fen)(fen)全(quan)部(bu)變成表面水分(fen)(fen),同(tong)時(shi)顆粒(li)與熱(re)空(kong)氣接(jie)觸面積(ji)大,水分(fen)(fen)全(quan)部(bu)以(yi)表面蒸(zheng)發方式被干燥,因此不會產(chan)生(sheng)過渡干燥。
